Request Visit or Ask a Question

A form has been added to this blog to request a visit from a volunteer to sign a petition.  Simply complete the contact form on this blog with a contact phone number and address.  A volunteer will contact you to schedule a time.  You can also request a phone call if you have questions about the petition or this issue in general.
